This Power Amplifier module is working for General RF Bands with 50W output power and customizable.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

 

This Power Amplifier module is working for General RF Bands, model type: PWR-GNR-180 with aluminum case, it need operating on heatsink.

Output power can be suit in this design from 37dBm to 47dBm with more than 25% efficiency, and it can keep stable working over -20~65. PA are equiped with over-high VSWR and over-high power protection to avoid/reduce the damage from any misoperation. I/O Port is compatible with DB15 serial port and RS485.

More function and parameters are avaiable to customized according to actual requirement.

RANGE OF APPLICATION

The linear of PA is on the basis of acctual application - Lab testing, Base Station Transceiver(BTS), RF Repeater, Jamming etc.

NOTICE:

    

1. PA's RF OUT port can't open circuit and short, otherwise PA will get burned and damage.

2. Input power should within 3-8dBm. During input the PA, input power should be moderate increase from low level(from -5dBm), stop feeding when output power reach to target.

3. Before power up PA, you should confirm with below things:

  A. the output port of PA is requiring the cable(Zo=50Ω) connect to terminal load which are qualified(load or anttenuator working frequency, handling power range, impedance should be satisfied with the application require, or a qualified SWR<1.2 filter with corresponded frequency range).

  B. The power range and polarity of power supply must correct. Otherwise will damage PA.

4. When PA output port load changed, please decrease the input power level(-10dBm).
